The restaurant has informed customer his business rental has increased from RM 2,600 to RM 3,400 effective March 2015 in December 2014 , but change the topics ( business rental has increased from RM 2,200 to RM 3,000 ) after December 2014 . Sometimes they may even told rental has increased to RM 3,500.00  . But the main agenda is actually wish other Chinese Restaurant also get rental increases . Anyway last two weeks prior to business closed , the restaurant is happy to inform some cusotmers that business owner manage to rent to Malay restaurant up to RM 4,500.00 . But the entire issues is who is actually the owner of this building . The Restaurant has informed public that owner of this building not friendly but can move the " restaurant new address banner " to 1st Floor from 01/03/2015 until 21/04/2015 .... b) Anyway Wee Ka Siong's crony  give business incentives for what purposes ??? The Soya Bean which have " Dragon " should stop sell in January 2015 ( So this Chinese NY not so Chinese ) .
